The ride, power and technology is awesome. But like I said in the Summary, I give the the Navigation and the Voice recognition a big fat 0 out of 10. I thought Siri could be bad, this takes bad to another level. NAV never takes the route that my phone gives me, not even close. My brother and I both bought a new Toyota about a week apart and the experience is the same for both of us, so much we joke about it on the phone because he lives in another city. We have both trained and trained to retrain the system but we both have smart phones to rescue us. I would buy it again even with the short comings of some of the techy stuff. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my Highlander. I originally wanted to buy a Tacoma, but it didn't fit into my garage. This vehicle is very comfortable and with a V6 it has plenty of get up and go in the mountains.
