THE GOOD: Drives well for the size, excellent acceleration (coming from 3 BMW X5 V8s!), good visibility and plenty of space in all 3 rows (Largest interior compared to any SUV on the market). Excellent build quality (interior). Towed large trailers and boats without any issues. Used for construction work and long trips with kids. THE BAD: Items fixed under warranty: SYNC-3 APIM Unit, Engine timing belt plastic guides and faulty Rear Seatbelt Airbag. THE UGLY: I never liked the look of the rear end. Need Improvements: GPS screen (new 2022 is going with 15.5") . Awful rear entertainment screen, limited functionality, they should be larger and touch screen, it can use more aggressive Brakes.
