At LW we feel it is important to be transparent about our fees. Multiple customers have mentioned lower priced vehicles at other dealerships. Upon investigating, we found hidden fees in excess of $3000 not mentioned in their advertised price. In-State PA buyers fees include documentation fee, title fee, lien fee, new registration fee, plate transfer fee, and county fee. Out-of-State buyers fees include documentation fee, T-Plate fee, and shipping surcharge. Please note we do not accept USAA draft checks or letters of credit. All vehicles must be paid in full before they leave the lot. Please keep in mind these are pre-owned vehicles and all vehicles might not come with both keys, floor mats, owner's manuals or all books and other accessories. Also keep in mind our vehicles listed for sale may have more miles on them when delivered due to test drives, emissions testing, PA inspection and checkout. Our policy for holding a car is: buyer must leave a minimum deposit of $250 and out of state buyers minimum of $500. At time of deposit, buyer must have verified fund availability or have been approved for financing. This deposit will hold the vehicle for up to 7 days, in order to allow finalization of transaction. If it goes beyond 7 days, buyer must contact us. If a deposit is put on a car, LW Automotive will not sell the vehicle. Please note if the buyer is planning on having a pre sale inspection we will not take a deposit until after the pre sale inspection is complete. The deposit is generally not refundable, and would only be refundable in extenuating circumstances. LW management reserves the right to make the final decision pertaining to acceptance of or return of a deposit. A re-stocking fee will apply. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express for deposit. Buyer must phone in deposit by calling 412-366-7400 or bring cash or check by the dealership. We accept bank wire, certified check or personal check on once cleared. Buyer cannot take the vehicle if they are paying with a personal check unless cleared. If the buyer is having the vehicle shipped: buyer pays all shipping costs unless other arrangements have been made with LW management. Certain vehicles may be eligible for free shipping. Please note shipping can take 10-14 days. We are not responsible for the shipping time. The 10-14 days is just an estimate and can take longer depending on buyers location. If you need your vehicle sooner, we suggest you pick it up at our location.
