Buyer may not rely upon any such representations and Buyer acknowledges that he/she could have inspected the vehicle prior to purchase. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that all causes of action must be brought in Barnstable County District Court or Barnstable County Superior Court and if Buyer fails to bring said cause of action in said court, he/she will reimburse Seller all legal fees incurred in having to dismiss the improperly filed suit. Buyer hereby consents to personal jurisdiction before said courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs, defects or damages preexisting or otherwise regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle, except as is proscribed under the provision of Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 90 sec. 7N and 7N1/4. Do not bid or make an offer if you are not prepared to conclude your purchase nor if you do not agree to the terms of this sale. The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping.
