Used 2021 Toyota Camry SE

I have owned my Camry since May of 2019, over the past 97,500 miles, I have never been let down by this car. Through snowstorms, thunderstorms, high winds, and a sandstorm (northern Arizona on a roadtrip, quite interesting), and countless other road hazards, this car has stood strong. Yes, it has its shortcomings- mainly that it seems to wait 1-3 business days to shift while going up any type of incline and sometimes it gets confused like an old dog when deciding what gear it wants to go to, it outpaced (and outsold!) the competition it was up against. The entire package compared against the cars it was being sold with at the time (Accord, Altima, Sonata, Optima, Fusion, Mazda6, Passat, Legacy, Malibu) all were solid options, but the Camry stuck out for a few reasons, and still does so today. If you take care of this car, it will take care of you and repay you for good ownership when you decide to go get something new. The car is still on the original battery and has always started. There are many cars that you could compare it to/pit it against, and it does have its quirks. Buy a new Camry for your High School graduate (or co-sign a loan and make them make the payments like my parents did) and I can guarantee that the car has a solid chance of making it to their retirement party 42 years later. If you take care of this car, it will take care of you. Regular maintenance, calm driving, and good gas will take you well over the 300,000 mile mark.
