Electric in town plus range on the highway. By First Ever Review | on Saturday, July 29, 2017\n5.0\nI had to go to Oregon to buy this car, and it was worth it. I consistently get 34 miles of electric driving before the hybrid mode kicks in. For me, that means I’m always on electric when driving in town. I like the way it looks, a lot. It drives great. In power mode, be careful because the instant torque can hurt a passenger’s neck. It does great on the highway, too — no problems passing other cars on a trip to Tahoe and back. The big display and GPS directions work well. It is very quiet on a good road. However, our city uses chip seal street surfaces and I wish that noise could be better dampened, so I rated 9 out of 10 for comfort.\nOtherwise, it’s all good.\n\nOverall Great Car 171 mpg works for me!\nBy Mar Velous | on Monday, October 05, 2020\n5.0\nThis car has saved me hundred of dollars each month. Over $400. Each month.\nI went with this model to see if I could acclimate to an electric vehicle. The answer is YES! Easily! But why would I need to When this car has the best of both worlds. I do love the strength in the EV side of it. The gas engine leaves a lot to be desired.\nIt would be an even better car if it would go 60 miles each charge. That would make it the perfect car for me and probably most people. I spend $12.\nIn gas per month with this car.\nI enjoy this car.\nForget where the gas cap switch is!\nBy Mel o drifter | on Monday, February 11, 2019\n5.0\nCurrently at 97 mpg in local travel. After 25K miles at 72mpg, this includes trip from Vancouver BC to Calgary and back (mountains!). Very comfortable on long trips. The automatic cruise control separation feature really reduces leg fatigue. Surprisingly good snow handling due to precision of electric drive.\nComfortable for four people, will notice performance decline unless select power mode.\nDash instrument arrangement helps keep eyes on road,\ndo wish had gone for heads-up display,\njust so neat.\nComplaints,\nglare off the display screen in center of dash.\nsomewhat limited space for suitcases and gear.\nbased on 41 consumer ratings for 2017–2022 models.\n
