VW also carefully designed its front end in this manner to allow for superior safety both for the passengers as well as a person that might be hit by it. At 85mph it is near whisper quiet where you can easily hold a conversation or near your music or news on the radio without that annoying engine buzz. Electric has changed my life for the better. My average costs for a so called full charge from 20% to 90% is just over $4.00, a far cry from an equivalent charge for the gas of over $70.00. All I can say is one test drive will convince the majority of folks that this is the alternative to all other types of vehicles.
