The ride quality is very quiet. All I can say is one test drive will convince the majority of folks that this is the alternative to all other types of vehicles. I test drove a Mach E Ford and along with a Tesla felt the ride quality was definitely better with the VW. There are a lot more dealers to deal with for VW as well which was also a factor.
