The airbags came out instantly and everyone in the car was safe (4 people). The lane alarms could be better, I've driven a KIA, a Hyundai and their lane alarm feels a lot more robust, with higher vibration in the steering wheel, it also takes it back to the lane almost by itself (due to work I rent a lot of cars for over a month, I haven't own other brands, just Mazda). Overall, I definitely recommend the CX5, did I mention the space? I don't have a bike rake so I put my two bikes in the back, just need to put down the back seats. Perfect SUV for the Price.
