Used 2022 Volvo XC40 T5 Inscription

This car was a nightmare. When it worked, the comfort, styling and drive comfort were great. Unfortunately it was the most unreliable car I have ever owned. The car experienced a complete power failure five times and required flat bed towing to the dealership. Since the car was frozen after each power failure, it had to be dragged to the tow truck and put on a flat bed. Only limited companies have such capacity and each tow took up to five hours to complete. Once at the dealership, they spent days after each failure to try to fix the problem. I was never given a loaner as they were all gone. And, Volvo corporate never contacted me to help improve the situation. After five complete power failures, Volvo repurchased the car under a Lemon Law provision. They never called, discussed, or tried to arbitrate any trade or other resolution. This is and was my worst experience with any automaker.
