I love this dealership, and have been going in to look at cars for years. I recently graduated college and bought myself a new 2013 3 series for what I felt was a fantastic deal. Even though I'm not a big shot customer, and I don't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here, the staff still treats me like royalty, remembers my name when I drop by for a visit, and keeps my car in tip top condition. My career has taken me to Texas, and thus my business has been taken to a BMW dealership down here as well. While my experience in Texas hasn't been awful necessarily, there certainly is no Jackie Cooper equivalent dealership where I am located (and I've looked). Jackie Cooper BMW goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are well taken care of and happy. I wanted a MINI Cooper Countryman S All4 with all the options. Without a MINI Dealer in Tulsa, I worked with Becky at Jackie Cooper MINI. They did an excellent job of understanding my requirements and helped me find a car with the exact specifications I had given. They worked to get my financing approved, get the car reserved... delivered the car to me, and even provided OEM all weather floormats as a bonus. They did an excellent job and I will work with them again when the time comes for my next MINI!!
