This dealership was awesome! I felt no-pressure, didn't feel rushed. The staff was very truthful, unlike the dealership across the street (very shady). They listened to me and my wants. I believe the key to a successful business is to listen more and talk less. The entire process was quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. Throughout the inquiries and questions I had, I received quick and clear communication. There were no games played with me or my money. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). The sales person we worked with was a professional and polite salesperson, I couldn't ask for more. McAllen Motorcars is very attentive to customer's needs, I experienced it first hand. We ended up leaving fairly late but the staff stayed with me through out and I didn't feel any frustrated vibes whatsoever.
