Honda is no stranger to high performance engines on many platforms, from motorcycles, passenger cars, Indy Car racing, and even airplanes. Much of the motorsport engineering and development by Honda has been hailed as some of the finest worldwide. Unlike international automotive brands, these Japanese powerhouse vehicles use small cylinder displacement versus our fuel-hungry V8 counterparts found under the hoods of most American vehicles. According to Car and Driver Magazine, they can deliver 0-60 mph in just 4.9 seconds and a quarter mile time at 13.5 seconds passing the traps at 106mph!
