The Hybrid part is good; The Kia part is terrible. We’ve owned our Sportage HEV for 2 years. In that two years, we’ve had the car at the dealership several times for things that fall under warranty. Now that the car has 30K miles, it’s time for another headlight replacement, but I’ll not buy. We love the hybrid feature. We do not enjoy the lackluster sound system and terrible build quality. Eight trips to the shop to have things fixed in the first 2 years isn’t my idea of a good vehicle.
