The 2024 Nissan LEAF S is an all-electric, front-wheel-drive hatchback. It uses a 40 kWh lithium-ion battery paired with a 110 kW AC synchronous motor producing 147 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. The official EPA-estimated driving range is about 149 miles on a full charge. The S includes a 50 kW “Quick Charge” (CHAdeMO) port, plus a portable 120 V / 240 V charge cable for home charging. It supports the brand’s e-Pedal one-pedal driving mode — letting you accelerate, decelerate and come to a full stop with just the accelerator pedal. The LEAF S comes with cloth upholstery, a six-way manually adjustable driver seat, and a four-way manually adjustable front passenger seat. Rear seating is a 60/40 split-folding bench. Infotainment includes an 8-inch touchscreen display with the NissanConnect system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
