The GMC Acadia is powered by a 2.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 328 horsepower mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Three trims are available on the Acadia, the Elevation and Denali trim are available in front-wheel and all-wheel drive while the AT4 is only available in all-wheel drive. After a redesign in 2024 the GMC Acadia rolls into 2025 with minimal changes. The GMC Acadia competes in the increasingly crowded mid-sized crossover segment. Offering three rows of seating for up to seven people, the Acadia promises to move families and friends in both comfort and safety with a little dose of "go anywhere" thrown in as well.
